The Booth In-Charge - Abu Nasr Farahi Custom Booth (Farah) will have responsibilities that include:
- Deliver an exceptional level of customer service and strengthen the sales and service culture through effective coaching, guidance, and staff motivation.
- Achieve individual and branch-level business targets through new business acquisition, referrals, and effective retention of existing customer relationships.
- Foster a welcoming and positive branch environment that promotes customer and employee satisfaction while supporting the continued growth of the business and deposit base.
- Evaluate the performance of branch staff and provide regular constructive feedback to enhance their skills, knowledge, and capabilities.
- Recognize and acknowledge employees who make significant contributions to deposits, sales, and operational performance, encouraging others to follow their example.
- Establish and maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service to ensure continued customer satisfaction.
- Address and manage customer complaints escalated or reported by the Branch Operations Manager.
- Conduct daily assessments of sales and operational activities and closely monitor all transactions carried out at the branch.
- Ensure that the prices of products and services offered by the branch remain competitive and comply with management directives.
- Submit regular reports to the Chief Operating Officer and provide timely updates on the branch’s business performance and overall status.
- Monitor, control, and report branch losses, including losses arising from incidents such as clerical errors, forgery, or similar occurrences.
- Participate in community activities as a representative of the Bank to increase the Bank’s visibility and strengthen both new and existing business opportunities.
- Oversee and promote proper sanitation, cleanliness, and hygiene within the branch office.
- Conduct a daily physical cash count of the vault and ensure that the cash balance is fully reconciled with the corresponding system records.
- Perform other duties and business management-related tasks as required.
Job Requirment
- University degree, preferably in Business Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a managerial position.
- Previous managerial experience within the banking sector will be considered an advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, strong problem-solving skills, and a goal-oriented approach.
- Ability to analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with good computer literacy.
- Professional, innovative, and forward-thinking approach to work.
- Strong persuasive abilities combined with a disciplined and professional work ethic.
