Key responsibilities of Booth In-Charge - Abu Nasr Farahi Custom Booth (Farah):
- Customer Relations & Sales Leadership: Foster a positive sales and service culture through coaching, guidance, and staff motivation while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Business Growth & Goal Achievement: Drive deposit growth, account retention, new business acquisition, and referrals to meet individual and booth operational targets.
- Staff Supervision & Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations for booth personnel, provide constructive feedback, and reward exceptional contributions to operational excellence.
- Daily Operations & Transaction Monitoring: Assess daily sales and banking operations, oversee transaction processing, and ensure strict compliance with internal bank procedures.
- Vault & Physical Cash Reconciliation: Perform mandatory daily counts of physical cash in the vault to ensure absolute reconciliation with system records.
- Risk Management & Loss Control: Control and immediately report operational losses, clerical errors, forgery attempts, or security discrepancies to senior management.
- Executive Reporting & Product Alignment: Prepare and submit regular updates to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), ensuring services and pricing remain competitive and aligned with management directives.
- Issue Resolution & Escalations: Address complex customer complaints and operational issues escalated by branch or operations management.
- Representation & Facility Management: Represent the bank in local community and trade affairs to build business opportunities, while maintaining high standards of facility cleanliness and security.
- General Management Duties: Execute additional administrative and business management tasks assigned by senior leadership.
Job Requirment
- Education: Bachelor degree from a recognized university, preferably in Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role. Previous management experience within the commercial banking sector is highly advantageous.

- Process Analysis: Ability to evaluate, streamline, and improve daily operational processes.
