ORCD
Established in 2011, ORCD is an Afghan national organization registered with the Ministry of Economy. ORCD’s efforts are guided by its mission “Using evidence-based best practice approach, empower communities to set and achieve their own development goals”. ORCD is the first Afghan NGO representing civil societies in the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC)of the United Nations. Such a status had never been granted to any Afghan NGO ever before in the history of Afghanistan.
Job Summary
- according to the policy of ORCD.
- Mobilize the target communities to project intervention, procedures and policy and to inspire them to actively play their role in the promotion of project aims.
- Ensure quality of project intervention and provision of the training.
- Assists Project/Field Supervisor in the development of provincial program scope.
- Collecting the data in the field.
- Assessment of the households and enter the data.
- Community awareness regarding the livelihood and hygiene status.
- Community linked with FHH.
- Close coordination with community for the selection of FHH and prepare the places.

- Be Afghan
- Graduated from Bachelor Degree.
- Having 2-3 years’ experience in relevant field.
- Able to speak in Pashto, Dari and English.
- Knowledge of computer MS office in word, excel, power point, internet and outlook.
- Able to work in the fast pace environment.
- Able to go to the field
