Rural Rehabilitation Association for Afghanistan (RRAA) is a non-profit, non-governmental, and non-political NGO established in 1990. The head office of the organization is located in Kabul, Afghanistan, and delivers humanitarian services in the sectors of Livelihood, Good Governance, WASH, and Emergency through its four regional offices in Mazar, Herat, Jalalabad, and the central zone in a decentralized manner In 1990 NPO was officially recognized as non-profit, non-political and non-governmental organization and registered with Pakistan authorities as an independent NGO. At this stage the position of Norwegian Embassy also changed from supervisory to an advisory role including provision of capacity building at individual and organizational levels. Beside continuation of financial support from Norwegian embassy NPO was able to raise fund from other international organizations like UNHCR, NRC/NCA and CWS. In 1993 the organization decided to shift parts of its activities inside Afghanistan by establishing four regional offices in the north, south, east and west of the country, while the head office of the organization was in Pakistan. In order to take active part in rehabilitation and reconstruction of the country the organization was involved in implementation of projects and program in health, agriculture, income generation, construction or rehabilitation of roads, construction and rehabilitation of irrigation structures and provision of safe and clean drinking water.
Job Summary
Reporting to administrative management and receiving guidance from this department
Responsible for cooking food for employees and office guests during the week.
The responsibility of preparing tea in a regular manner, keeping in mind the cleanliness and order of the tea containers.
Responsible for cleaning and keeping clean the kitchen, utensils, eating utensils, tea utensils, kitchen tables and the kitchen floor.
Preparing the food table at a certain time and notifying the employees that the food is ready.
Responsible for maintaining safety issues inside the kitchen while performing duties.
Maintaining and taking care of kitchen appliances in a durable form.
Transferring garbage from the kitchen to a suitable and designated place.
Keeping the kitchen refrigerator clean and healthy.
Wearing appropriate clothes and shoes (uniform), maintaining discipline, personal hygiene, proper and professional dealings with employees, guests and.
The Cook Job at RRAA With 18864 Afg Salary Monthly will have responsibilities that include:
- Knowledge of reading and writing
- Knowledge of Dari and Pashto languages
- Having work experience in a professional cooking situation
- At least 12th grade
Job Requirment
- Change and innovation in the food menu in coordination with the administrative department.
