• - Develop and implement data quality management plans, including data validation, data cleaning, and data transformation procedures.
• - Establish and enforce data quality standards and guidelines.
• - Conduct regular audits of database systems to identify and rectify data quality issues.

• - Collaborate with database administrators, developers, and other stakeholders to resolve data quality issues.

  Monitoring and Reporting

• - Monitor database performance and data quality metrics, generating regular reports for management.
• - Develop and maintain dashboards to provide real-time data quality insights.

• - Report on data quality issues, root cause analysis, and corrective actions taken.

  Compliance and Standards

• - Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and internal data governance policies.
• - Stay updated with company best practices and emerging trends in data quality assurance.

  Training and Support

• - Provide training and support to staff on data quality best practices and tools.

  Qualifications

• - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field.

• - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data quality assurance, data management, or a related role.

  Languages

• - Fluency in Dari or Pashto with knowledge of the other language. Excellent written and spoken English
