Job Summary

•   Conduct regular field visits to ODF communities in the assigned area.
•   Facilitate meetings with CLTS committees and community members, and mothers’ groups to discuss ongoing sanitation practices and challenges.
•   Provide continuous support and encouragement to maintain ODF status, emphasizing the importance of sustained behavior change.

The CTG Jobs in Nangarhar, (Sanitation Mobilizer (Couple)) will have responsibilities that include:

• Identify any issues or barriers to sustainability and work with communities to develop solutions.
•  Monitor and evaluate progress towards sustainability goals, documenting successes and challenges.
•   Collect data and information on sanitation practices, challenges, and achievements for reporting purposes.
•   Collaborate with local stakeholders, including government authorities, NGOs, and other partners, to leverage support for sustainability efforts.

Job Requirment

•   At least high school graduate.  
•  Minimum of one year specific experience in community mobilization and hygiene promotion.
•  Previous experience in community mobilization and engagement, preferably in the context of sanitation or hygiene promotion programs.
•  Understanding of CLTS principles and approaches.
•  Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse community members.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
•   Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
•  Fluency in the local language(s) spoken in the assigned area.
