The DABS Jobs in Kabul, (Director of plan and follow-up of optical fiber affairs - Center) will have responsibilities that include:

• د نوري فایبر د پلانونو جوړونه، څارنه، مدیریت، تطبیق او نظارت کول.
• د پلانونو، پالیسۍ او مقرراتو په اړه شریکانو ته مشوره ورکول.
• د نوري فایبر په برخه کې د کلیدې پلانونو په تر سره کولو د مسؤلو اشخاصو سره د پوره همغږې درلودل. 
• د نوي پلانونو د تطبیق لپاره مالي او تخنیکي طرحې چمتو کول.
• د نوري فایبر په برخه کې د برښنا شرکت رهبرۍ ته مشوره ورکول او د اړتیا پر وخت رهبرۍ ته راپورونه چمتو کول.
• د کارکوونکو لپاره د نوري فایبر په برخه کې د آموزشې برنامو تنظیمول او تطبیق کول.
• د برښنا شرکت د کړنلاري سره سم د OPGW پلانونو جوړونه.
• د نوري فایبر په برخه کې د پلان شویو وړاندیزونو په هکله د برښنا شرکت له رهبرۍ څخه موافقه تر لاسه کول.
• د نوي فایبر آپټیکس زیربنایی وړاندیزونو د پراختیا په اړه د پلان جوړونکي ټیم سره اړیکي ساتل.
• د نوري فایبر په برخه کې د پلان جوړونې مسؤلینو سره پوره همغږي.
• د پروپوزلونو لپاره د اړتیا وړ اسنادو چمتو کول.
• د نوري فایبر په برخه کې د پروپوزل د تشریح په غونډو کې ګډون کول.
• د نوري فایبر لپاره د د پلان پر بنسټ د بودیجې چمتو کول.
• د اړتیا په صورت کې د ساحې د سروی بررسي کول.
• اړوند څانګې ته د ورځنی، اونیز، میاشتنی، درې میاشتنې او کلنی راپور وړاندې کول

Job Requirment

• لیسانس د معلوماتې ټکنالوژۍ او یا مخابراتي ټکنالوژۍ په برخه کې  
• په ذکر شوې برخه کې یو نیم کال کارې تجربه اړینه ده.
