Key responsibilities of Driver - Herat:
- Safe Vehicle Operation: Drive bank vehicles safely between office locations, designated field destinations, and official sites, adhering strictly to traffic regulations and speed limits.
- Staff Transportation: Transport employees and authorized personnel before, during, or after regular office hours as required by management.
- Professional Standards & Safety: Maintain a professional appearance, polite behavior, and full compliance with bank safety protocols to protect organizational assets from damage, theft, or misuse.
- Logistics & Security Compliance: Support routine logistics and transportation needs, cooperating fully with security personnel during vehicle checks upon entering bank premises.
- Vehicle Inspection & Logbook Management: Perform daily vehicle condition inspections, report technical faults promptly, and accurately maintain daily logbooks detailing mileage, destinations, and trips.
- Fuel Management & Shift Flexibility: Keep vehicle fuel levels maintained at the required capacity for security reasons by refueling at the end of each day. Demonstrate flexibility to work overnight shifts or extra hours when assigned.
- Operational Tasks: Perform additional job related duties assigned by line management.
Job Requirment
- Education: High School graduation (12th Grade) is preferred.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience.
- Licensing: Must possess a valid driver license.
- Technical Knowledge & Road Familiarity: Strong knowledge of traffic rules, road signage, city routes, and local traffic conditions in Herat.
- Personal Attributes & Competencies:
- High level of discipline, professionalism, and strong work ethic.
- Good behavior, patience, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, extended shifts, or night duties.
