Key responsibilities of English Teacher:
- Deliver the assigned TM curriculum and ensure effective teaching based on learning objectives.
- Prepare structured lesson plans that support students’ academic progress and development.
- Monitor, evaluate, And document student performance and learning achievements.
- Create a positive classroom environment that encourages active learning and participation.
- Stay informed about new teaching methods, resources, and developments in the subject area.
- Provide academic and personal support to students according to their individual needs.
- Prepare learners for examinations,, qualifications, and academic assessments
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a respectful learning atmosphere.
- Participate in meetings, training programs, and continuous professional development activities.
- Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the supervisor to support educational goals.
Job Requirment
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature or a related field is required.
- At least two years of experience in teaching English language courses is required.
- Strong proficiency in both written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to teach English effectively across different levels, including beginner, intermediate, and advanced learners.
- Proven ability to design and deliver engaging lessons using diverse teaching approaches while creating a supportive and effective learning environment.
