The Head of Finance (ABMMC- Mobile Money) will have responsibilities that include:
- Degree in Information Technology or a related field is required, with advanced qualifications considered an advantage.
- Candidates holding CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE certifications will be highly preferred.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in managing and maintaining network systems is required.
- Previous experience in the banking or financial sector will be considered an added benefit.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, technical operations, and IT infrastructure management.
- Ability to analyze data and understand its role in supporting business and technology processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective workplace collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving, process management, and analytical thinking abilities.
- Capable of working independently while maintaining a hands-on and solution-focused approach.
- Ability to contribute effectively within a team-oriented and dynamic work environment.
Job Requirment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or a related field is required
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA will be highly preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in senior finance management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong expertise in financial management, accounting practices, and digital financial services.
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office tools and digital payment platforms
- Strong leadership, team-building, coaching, and mentorship capabilities.
- Ability to analyze business activities and communicate complex financial matters effectively.
- High integrity, professionalism, adaptability, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Capable of handling pressure, meeting deadlines, and delivering accurate financial results.
