The HR intern will have responsibilities that include:

    • Review recruitment documents and ensure all required information is complete.
    • Coordinate with relevant departments and field offices on recruitment activities.
    • Invite candidates for written tests and interviews through email and phone.
    • Support the organization of recruitment tests, interviews, and selection processes.
    • Maintain accurate recruitment records and personnel files.
    • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and organizational standards.
    • Provide administrative support, including document preparation, scanning, and filing.
    • Perform other related duties assigned by the line manager.
       

Job Requirment

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
    • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
    • Good command of English, Dari, and Pashto.
    • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Capable of working effectively under pressure.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Basic understanding of administrative and financial procedures.
