An international non-profit humanitarian help organization called INTERSOS seeks to provide aid to individuals who are in danger as well as victims of armed conflicts and natural disasters. Since its founding in 1992, it has operated under the principles of respect for variety and peaceful coexistence, human dignity, solidarity, justice, and equal rights and opportunities for all, with a focus on the most vulnerable and unprotected. INTERSOS is an autonomous organization that efficiently responds to the needs of individuals in dire conditions of crisis, primarily in the world’s poorest areas, by means of its own humanitarian operators. The Human Resources Officer manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department, to provide clear and organized staff management practices. He/she will be a focal point for all staff on HR issues under the guidance of the HR Manager, whilst also providing necessary support to the HR Manager on key HR tasks. INTERSOS requires a dynamic person, eager to learn and to develop him/herself.
Support to Human Resources Department
Participates in the HR team meetings, base meetings and external meetings as required
Staff Administration
Ensures the timely and accurate update of staff organograms.
Compensation & Benefits
Ensures to prepare the monthly staff pay-slips and collect a copy of them duly signed by staff and PM
