Job Summary
- To prepare a plan for materials and provide all needed materials of project on time, following up of printing materials in print press and communication with procurement department, Additionally, to that to have coordination with Partner NGOs for the purpose of on time materials delivery.
The Logistic Officer - Kabul will have responsibilities that include:
- Prepare material indents for After School Learning Center
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including procurement, transportation, and inventory management.
- Submit the indents to the proper authority
- Make the stock entry of the purchased materials
- Make distribution plan for the materials
- Delivery the required materials as per plan to the PNGOs and ASLC.
- Prepare inventory plan and execute the plan (Semi Annually)
- Prepare inventory report and submit to the authority
- Prepare annual material procurement plan for regular supply of ongoing schools (student, teacher, school)
- Make indent to purchase the materials as per annual procurement plan
- Regular field visit and check the field stock records
- Receive materials from dealers as per Sample (Specification)
- Make the stock entry of the receiving and sending materials update.
- Make Requisition to the procurement for hire Trucks & labors to send materials.
- Delivery the required materials as per plan.
- Regular Reporting of Delivery materials to Authority.
- Prepare inventory report and submit to the authority.
- Dealing with External & internal auditors.
- Keep Yearly Documentations (Records) of challan in
- Challan out & others
- Make requisition to purchase the materials as per procurement plan.
- Regular field visit student materials and check the stock position of PNGOs.
- Checking physically store of Province give instruction to The Store keepers.
- Always make clean and arrange store & store materials
- Establish a safeguarding culture across all level of the program by implementing the safeguarding policy. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
- Responsible to ensure team members are appropriately trained, supported and have access to resources regarding issues that are identified and actioned in accordance with the safeguarding policy and procedure.
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
