The Sales Agent - Indirect Sales - Parwan (Casual) will have responsibilities that include:

•  Monitor assigned Points of Sale (POS), including retailers, outlets, franchises, mini-franchises, Afghan Post, EDS, and mHawala agents, to ensure high standards of sales performance and customer service.
• Ensure the continuous availability of company products, including SIM cards, Scratch Cards, and E-Top Up services, within assigned territories to meet sales targets.
• Conduct regular market visits to improve sales, monitor product availability and visibility, and ensure proper merchandising at POS locations.
• Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to POS agents and dealers while keeping them updated on products, systems, and company procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels, report stock shortages, and ensure compliance with SIM registration policies and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve operational issues related to commissions, software, and E-Top Up services.
• Prepare and submit regular performance, survey, competitor, and activity reports to support business growth and informed decision-making.
• Organize promotional campaigns and strengthen relationships with POS agents and key customers to achieve sales objectives and expand market presence.
   

Job Requirment

• Applicants must have completed secondary education and possess a minimum of one year of relevant professional experience.
•  Candidates holding a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, supported by at least two years of relevant work experience, will be given preference.
