Green Afghanistan Agriculture and Livestock Organization (GAALO) is a non-government, non-political and non-profit organization. The organization is established in 2006 and registered with ministry of economy since 2009. GAALO is committed to identify new and innovative approaches to meet the needs of its target groups. Job Summary

• The incumbent shall perform under the direct supervision of Project Manager and work in close collaboration with the project team.  
• His/her specific responsibilities are as below:
• Control entry and ensure security of the GAALO premises/warehouses.
• Patrol assigned areas inside and outside: maintain continuous surveillance against fire, water leakage, deposit of dangerous objects or any other action which could damage to GAALO premises or injury to personnel;
• Report on any incidents or actions that involve a breach of security procedures to a supervisor;
• In case of incident/emergency, immediately use communications systems to alert a supervisor and provide first aid to staff concerned as required;
• Respond to enquiries and provide appropriate information or suggest alternative sources of information;

The Security Guard - ( 8 Vacancies ) will have responsibilities that include:

• The Guard will help during the food distribution to targeted beneficiaries.
• The Guard help in establishing Covid protocols and control crowd
• The Security Guards will provide security services in all stages of project implementation.
• The guards will also take care of GAALO’s warehouse security.
• Perform any other duties delegated by the supervisor/senior staff

Job Requirment

• Secondary school education.
• Two years of Security experience.
• Fluency in both oral and written Dari/Pashto
• Previous working experience in a similar role.
