Job Summary

• برای تضمین ایمنی و امنیت اماکن، پرسنل و دارایی های سازمان با حفظ حضور هوشیارانه ، اجرای پروتکل های امنیتی و واکنش سریع به حوادث به عنوان بخشی از یک تیم اختصاصی متعهد به حفظ یک محیط امن.
• وظایف عمومی
• از هر رویه و دستورالعمل جدیدی که در یادداشت های عمومی ذکر شده است پیروی کنید
• هرگونه موارد آزار و اذیت یا آزار جنسی در IRC و همچنین نقض قوانین رفتار را گزارش دهید. گزارش تخلف یک تعهد برای همه کارکنان است

The Security Guard Job at IRC ( 6 Vacancies ) will have responsibilities that include:

• در آموزش های سازماندهی شده توسط سرپرست خود شرکت کنید
• گشت زنی منظم در اطراف محل انجام دهید و نظارت امنیتی را در طول شیفت های تعیین شده حفظ کنید. دورهای منظم را مطابق با دستورالعمل های امنیتی انجام دهید
• مواردی از جمله فعالیت‌های مشکوک، رفتارها و نگرانی‌های مربوط به نگهداری را یادداشت و گزارش کنید. به شرایط اضطراری و سایر مسائل مطابق با سیاست ها، رویه ها و پروتکل های IRC پاسخ دهید
• ورودی های مجتمع ها را کنترل کنید تا مطمئن شوید که فقط کارمندان مجاز IRC و مهمانان آنها دسترسی دارند
• گزارش های امنیتی را مطابق با سیاست ها و رویه ها حفظ کنید. تمام حرکات کارکنان و مهمانان را مستند کنید
• سایر وظایف محول شده توسط سرپرست خود را انجام دهید
• کلیه تجهیزات یا دارایی های ورودی یا خروجی مجتمع را مستندسازی کنید
• تمام تعمیرات یا نگهداری، از جمله تمام پرسنل درگیر را مستند کنید

Job Requirment

• تحصیلات :  ۱۲ پاس
• تجربه کاری:   ۲ تا ۳   سال تجربه  کاری محافظ امنیتي (گارد)از سازمان‌ها یا سازمان‌های بین‌المللی مرتبط هستند.
• مهارت ها: آمادگی جسمانی برتر از جمله توانایی کار در شب و ساعات طولانی
• صلاحیت فنی: مهارت در استفاده از سیستم های دوربین مدار بسته و سایر تجهیزات نظارتی
• توانایی نظارت و تجزیه و تحلیل فیدهای امنیتی
• دانش سیستم های کنترل دسترسی (به عنوان مثال، کارت های کلید، سیستم های بیومتریک)
• آموزش روش های اضطراری و مدیریت بحران
• مهارت های ارتباطی و گزارش دهی
• تسلط به زبان های پشتو، دری و انگلیسی
• مهارت های کامپیوتری (شامل MS Word، Excel، Access و اینترنت) مزیت محسوب می شود
• توانایی همکاری نزدیک، حرفه ای و سازنده با دیگران بدون در نظر گرفتن ملیت، قومیت، جنسیت، مذهب، نژاد، قبیله یا پیشینه فرهنگی
