The Technician Radio Optimization (Casual) will have responsibilities that include:
- Conducts site surveys to assess network coverage and identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Evaluates network performance and suggests optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Keeps up to date with emerging industry technologies and trends in the telecommunications field.
- Completes RF physical parameter inputs in TSSR/ORF based on field survey results.
- Plans and supports the integration of new on-air sites.
- Performs troubleshooting activities and prepares integration reports for site acceptance.
- Organizes drive tests and benchmarking activities, identifies network issues, and provides appropriate corrective solutions.
- Conducts physical site audits and implements required configuration changes such as adjustments to HBA, azimuth, and tilt.
- Supports RF Planning Engineers in nominal site planning, including frequency allocation and neighbor planning for new sites.
- Prepares and delivers required technical data and performance reports as needed.
Job Requirment
- Applicants should possess a high school diploma and have a minimum of one year of relevant work experience.
- Candidates holding a bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science will be given preference.
