The UX/UI Designer will have responsibilities that include:

• Conduct user research to identify customer needs and business objectives.
• Design intuitive UX solutions, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and usability improvements.
• Create modern, responsive UI designs for mobile apps, web platforms, customer portals, internal systems, and the corporate website.
• Design digital banking experiences such as onboarding, account management, loans, payments, KYC, biometric login, QR services, and notifications.
• Develop interfaces for staff applications supporting client management, lending, field operations, and offline data collection.
• Enhance the company website with improved layouts, navigation, responsiveness, accessibility, and consistent branding.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system with reusable UI components, typography, colors, icons, and style guidelines.
• Collaborate with developers by providing design assets, reviewing implementations, and supporting testing and deployment.
• Participate in quality assurance, ensuring design consistency across all digital platforms.
• Produce and maintain UX/UI documentation, including style guides, prototypes, and component libraries.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams throughout Agile development cycles.
• Stay updated on UX/UI trends and introduce design improvements that enhance user experience and strengthen digital products.

Job Requirment

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Master’s or UX/UI certifications are a plus).
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with solid UX research, wireframing, prototyping, responsive UI, and design system experience.
• Familiarity with Agile workflows, developer collaboration, and basic HTML/CSS is preferred.
  3–5 years of UX/UI design experience, supported by a strong portfolio of mobile, web, and dashboard projects.
• Previous experience in FinTech, digital banking, or financial services is highly preferred.
• Ability to deliver complete UX/UI assets, including research, wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and developer-ready files.
• Excellent creativity, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
