Key responsibilities of Videographer:

1. Video Production, Filming & Technical Operations:

• Shoot Planning & Resource Efficiency: Plan video shoots effectively to optimize resources, time, and equipment usage.
• Camera & Lighting Execution: Capture high-quality video footage and still photography; direct scenes and manage sound recording and lighting setups according to project briefs.
• Editing & Post-Production: Edit assigned video projects to deliver polished, broadcast-ready content.
• Equipment Care & Maintenance: Routinely inspect, clean, and maintain videography and photography gear to ensure operational readiness.

2. Creative Collaboration & Project Support:

• Concept Development: Participate in brainstorming sessions with creative producers, contributing innovative ideas and visual concepts.
• Producer Collaboration: Work closely with Creative Producers and Team Leaders on technical equipment selection, project details, budget alignment, and troubleshooting.
• Production Standards: Stay updated on modern media production techniques and strictly follow company policies, guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

3. Professional Competencies:

• Task Prioritization: Manage multiple production tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Initiative & Dedication: Demonstrate a proactive "can-do" attitude, punctuality, and a strong commitment to handling complex production briefs and administrative paperwork on time.

Job Requirment

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent credential.

Technical Skills & Software Proficiency:

• Strong expertise in videography, photography techniques, and digital editing tools.
• Advanced proficiency in editing software suites such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and related post-production applications.

Core Competencies & Personal Attributes:

• High technical ability paired with a strong creative sense and sharp attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize under pressure, and consistently meet strict production deadlines.
