Key responsibilities of Team Leader - ATOMA Store:
- Supervise and coordinate store staff to ensure smooth daily operations and quality customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, SIM services, account activation/deactivation, and related requests.
- Support sales activities and ensure proper inventory and stock management.
- Guide, train, and monitor staff performance and identify development needs.
- Prepare and submit required operational and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, service standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage staff access to relevant systems and applications.
- Maintain effective relationships with regulators, customers, and team members.
- Handle staff administrative matters, including leave and grievances.
- Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Job Requirment
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration or a related field; Masterās degree is an advantage.
- 5ā8 years of relevant experience in service center or sales operations.
- Experience working in the relevant province and knowledge of local culture and community practices is preferred.
- Training in supervision and leadership, telecommunications, and customer care.
- Strong knowledge of service center/store management, business operations, reporting, resource management, performance management, and stakeholder relations.
- Good understanding of the telecommunications industry and information management.
- Strong planning, coordination, analytical, interpersonal, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage work schedules, coordinate teams, learn quickly, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Fluent in Pashto and Dari, with good command of English.
- Ability to prepare and maintain accurate work-related reports and records.
