Key responsibilities of Driver:

• Passenger & Asset Transportation: Safely and punctually transport company employees, official visitors, confidential documents, and assets to designated locations.
• Vehicle Inspection & Maintenance: Perform daily pre-trip vehicle checks—including engine oil, coolant, tire pressure, brakes, and electrical systems—and ensure the vehicle remains clean and operationally ready.
• Logbook & Fuel Management: Maintain precise vehicle logbooks recording mileage, trip details, and fuel consumption while ensuring fuel efficiency and preventing misuse.
• Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Strictly abide by local traffic laws, driving regulations, and AWCC security procedures during travel and parking. Maintain valid driving licenses and vehicle documentation at all times.
• Route Planning & Efficiency: Select the most safe and efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals while maintaining strict confidentiality and professional conduct.
• Fault Reporting & Logistics Support: Report mechanical issues, delays, or accidents immediately to supervisors, and assist with cargo loading/unloading as required.

Job Requirment

• Education: Minimum adequate literacy; a 12th-grade high school certificate is preferred.
• Work Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant practical driving experience.
• Licensing & Technical Knowledge:
  • Valid driving license.
  • Strong knowledge of local road networks and traffic regulations.
  • Basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting skills, with a thorough understanding of automotive tools and procedures.
• Languages: Proficiency in either Dari or Pashto.
• Personal Attributes & Physical Requirements:
  • Physically fit to perform driving and light loading duties.
  • High level of honesty, integrity, trustworthiness, and strong work ethic.
  • Proven ability to perform well under high-pressure conditions.
  • Willingness to travel to provinces and work extra hours as needed.
  • Strict commitment to company policies and safety guidelines.
