The Motion Graphic Designer will have responsibilities that include:
- Create engaging animation concepts for marketing campaigns and promotional content.
- Produce high-quality 2D and 3D animations, motion graphics, explainer videos, and social media visuals.
- Develop animation projects using tools such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Blender.
- Edit and enhance video content with Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Design graphics, illustrations, and visual assets using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Create character animations and interactive content using Adobe Character Animator.
- Work closely with creative and marketing teams to bring storytelling ideas to life.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual and animated materials.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently and deliver work within established deadlines.
- Export, optimize, and prepare final content for social media, television, and other digital platforms.
- Carry out any additional duties assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirment
- Degree in Animation, Film Production, Fine Arts, or another relevant creative field. Candidates with a master’s degree will be given preference.
- At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in animation, motion graphics, or related creative work. Applicants holding a master’s degree may apply with 1 year of relevant experience.
- Good command of English and fluency in either Dari or Pashto, both spoken and written.
- Strong practical skills in industry-standard creative software, including Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender,
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Character Animator.
- Ability to lead creative projects, contribute fresh ideas, and work effectively with a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional approach to teamwork.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and performing well in a dynamic work environment.
- Willing to travel to different provinces and work beyond regular office hours when necessary.
- Flexible, responsible, and committed to following company policies and procedures.
