Key responsibilities of Videographer and Video Editor:
- Video Production & Shooting: Plan, set up, and execute professional multi-camera shoots, lighting arrangements, and audio recording for commercial ads, interviews, events, and promo content.
- Video Editing & Post-Production: Edit raw footage into high-quality commercial videos, social media reels, corporate clips, and promotional media, ensuring pacing, story flow, and visual appeal.
- Motion Graphics & Visual Effects: Integrate 2D motion graphics, lower thirds, title cards, color grading, and sound design to elevate video production quality.
- Creative Concepting: Brainstorm visual concepts, storyboard ad campaigns, and contribute creative ideas during pre-production planning.
- Asset & Equipment Management: Maintain camera gear, lighting setups, and audio equipment in optimal working order; organize project footage and maintain structured media archives.
Job Requirment
- Experience: Practical hands-on experience in camera operation, videography, lighting, and professional video editing.
- Education: A Bachelorās degree in Journalism, Cinema, Fine Arts, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred; however, demonstrated technical mastery, creative vision, and a strong video portfolio are valued above formal degrees.
- Video Portfolio / Showreel: Must possess a strong Video Editing & Videography Showreel demonstrating past commercial or creative video projects.
- Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects (Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and color grading tools like DaVinci Resolve is an asset).
- Technical & Soft Skills: Strong grasp of camera settings, framing, lighting techniques, audio recording, storytelling, accountability, and seamless team collaboration.
