The Senior Graphic & Motion Designer will have responsibilities that include:

• Create and publish engaging video content from Ariana Television programs across digital and social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X, Telegram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other online channels.
• Design and produce high-quality graphics, motion graphics, and visual content for television broadcasts, digital platforms, and affiliated organizations.
• Collaborate with producers and creative teams to develop and execute compelling visual concepts and campaigns.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity across platforms.
• Review and verify content before publication, ensuring accuracy, quality, appropriate captions, hashtags, keywords, and compliance with platform standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high production quality.
• Provide creative solutions and contribute innovative ideas to support content and design objectives.
• Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Job Requirment

• Degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Visual Arts, or a related creative discipline.
• Hands-on experience in graphic design and motion graphics, preferably within a media, broadcasting, or digital content environment.
• Strong working knowledge of professional design and animation tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Photoshop, Cinema 4D, and similar software.
• A solid portfolio demonstrating creativity, visual storytelling, and experience across different design and motion projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within a creative team.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, work under tight deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of visual design and aesthetics.
• Reliable, organized, and committed to delivering projects on schedule.
